1 lb. Ground Beef 3 cups finely chopped cabbage and shredded carrots or 1 bag of Pre-shredded Coleslaw Mix ¼ cup Broth beef, chicken, or vegetable 1 Onion chopped finely 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce or to taste 3 Garlic Cloves finely minced 2 tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger can use 1 tablespoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon Granulated Onion ½ teaspoon Pepper or to taste ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste 1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Chopped Green Onions for serving 1 tablespoon Oil for frying peanut or avocado oil recommended 1 Egg beaten 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
Prepare the Filling: Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add ground meat and cook until browned and cooked through.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in Chinese five spice, granulated onion, pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Add the coleslaw mix and ¼ cup broth.

Stir lightly, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Egg Rolls: Allow the filling mixture to cool slightly.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you.
12 Egg Roll Wrappers, 1 Egg
Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wrapper.
Fold the corner facing you over the filling, then fold the sides in.
Brush the top corner with beaten egg and roll the wrapper tightly to seal the edges.
Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
Place the stuffed egg rolls in the basket in a single layer.
Flip and Continue Cooking: Serve and Enjoy: Remove the cooked egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
Serve with chopped green onions and your favorite dipping sauce, such as Thai Peanut sauce.
