- Preheat your air fryer to 380 °F (180 °C). 
- Brush the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, ensuring even coverage and smoothing out the skin as you brush. - 8 chicken drumsticks, 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
- Combine all the dry herbs and spices for the chicken drumsticks in a small dish. - 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 
- Sprinkle half of the herb and spice blend over the tops of the chicken drumsticks and gently rub it in using your fingers. 
- Flip the chicken drumsticks and repeat the seasoning process with the remaining herb and spice blend. 
- Arrange the drumsticks in the air fryer, allowing some space between them for proper air circulation. Give them a light spray of oil. 
- Air fry the chicken drumsticks at 380 °F (180 °C) for 10 minutes. 
- Flip the drumsticks and continue air frying for 7 to 9 minutes until thoroughly cooked. 
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 °F (74 °C) when measured with a meat thermometer. 
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest under a foil cover for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
