Preheat your air fryer to 380 °F (180 °C).
Brush the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, ensuring even coverage and smoothing out the skin as you brush.
8 chicken drumsticks, 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Combine all the dry herbs and spices for the chicken drumsticks in a small dish.
1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sprinkle half of the herb and spice blend over the tops of the chicken drumsticks and gently rub it in using your fingers.
Flip the chicken drumsticks and repeat the seasoning process with the remaining herb and spice blend.
Arrange the drumsticks in the air fryer, allowing some space between them for proper air circulation. Give them a light spray of oil.
Air fry the chicken drumsticks at 380 °F (180 °C) for 10 minutes.
Flip the drumsticks and continue air frying for 7 to 9 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 °F (74 °C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
Once cooked, let the chicken rest under a foil cover for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
