split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sugar, spices, split vanilla beans and vanilla seeds.
Cover and let stand in a cool, dry place for at least 1 week.
Discard vanilla beans and transfer sugar mixture to glass jars.
