- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. 
- In a medium bowl, add unsalted butter and mix it until smooth. - 1 cup unsalted butter 
- Add light brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix it again until everything is well combined. - ¾ cup light brown sugar, ½ cup granulated sugar 
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. - 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- Use a medium bowl and combine together the dry ingredients like flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pinch of salt. - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, Pinch of salt 
- Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry ones and stir it together. 
- Finally, add the oatmeal and mix it again until fully incorporated. - 3 cups oats 
- Place 2 tablespoon size balls of the mixture onto a prepared cookie sheet using a spoon. Shape it a little if desired. 
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
