Instructions

For the Beef Patty:

  • In a pan, sauté the chopped onion until it caramelizes and becomes golden brown.

    400 g ground beef, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 egg
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Bullhead Barbecue Sauce to the beef mixture and stir quickly with chopsticks for about 3 minutes until the meat becomes sticky.
    1 tablespoon Bullhead Barbecue Sauce

For the Curry Mushroom Sauce:

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms.

  • Add the Bullhead Curry Sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon Bullhead Curry Sauce

For Assembling:

  • Sprinkle a little water on plastic wrap, put ½ cup of steamed rice on it, and shape it into a hamburger bun shape.
