Soak the Potatoes:

  • Start by cutting the potatoes into French fry shapes.

Drain and Dry:

  • Removing excess moisture is crucial for achieving crispy fries in the air fryer.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Season the Potatoes:

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the drained and dried potato fries with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
