Prepare the Potatoes:
While the air fryer is preheating, wash and dry the gourmet potatoes. There's no need to peel them.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
Season the Potatoes:
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt.
