  • 3 to 4 pound Turkey Breast bone-in and skin-on (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt of choice

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Turkey Breast:

  • Place the thawed turkey breast on a clean work surface.
    3 to 4 pound Turkey Breast
  • Rub the entire turkey breast with olive oil, ensuring it's evenly coated.
    1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle seasoning salt on both sides of the turkey breast, gently pressing the seasoning onto the surface.
    2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt of choice

Air Frying the Turkey Breast:

  • Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket with the skin side down.
  • Cook the turkey breast skin side down for the initial 20 minutes. This helps to render the fat and crisp the skin.
  • After the initial 20 minutes, flip the turkey breast over to cook the other side.
  • Continue cooking the turkey breast for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Check the Temperature:

  • Cooking times may vary based on the size and thickness of the turkey breast. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Make sure the thickest part of the turkey breast registers 165°F (74°C), indicating that the meat is fully cooked and safe to eat.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once the turkey breast reaches the desired temperature, carefully remove it from the air fryer.
