Instructions
Preparing the Filling:
Combine the softened cream cheese, flaked imitation crab meat, thinly sliced green onions, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients until well combined.

Assembling the Wontons:
Place a heaping teaspoon of the filling mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water to help with sealing.

Fold the wonton wrapper into your desired shape, pressing the edges to seal and secure the filling inside.
Chilling the Wontons:
Arrange the folded wontons on a plate or tray lined with parchment or wax paper.
Cover the wontons with a damp towel or damp paper towel to prevent drying.
Allow the filled wontons to chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
Preparing for Air Frying:
Brush each chilled wonton with oil, preferably peanut oil, to promote a crispy texture during air frying.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully place the oil-brushed wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
Achieving Crispness:
Air fry the wontons for 5-6 minutes or until they reach the desired degree of brownness and crispness. Keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.
