Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds large shrimp
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or juice of 1 full lemon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper and red chili flakes adjust to your desired spice level

Preparing the Shrimp:

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. This step is essential, so don't skip it.

Shrimp Prep:

  • Peel and devein the shrimp if needed. You can choose to leave the tails on or remove them, depending on your preference.

Making the Marinade:

  • In a small food processor, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, dried oregano, fresh basil, garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red chili flakes. Blend until the mixture forms a flavorful marinade.
