Mix and Form the Meatballs:

  • Gently combine all the ingredients in the bowl. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the meatballs dense.
  • With clean hands, shape the meat mixture into meatballs, approximately 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. You should be able to make around 24 meatballs.

Air Fry the Meatballs:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are spaced out to allow for even cooking. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry the meatballs at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to brown evenly.

Check Doneness:

  • After 10 minutes, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of one meatball. It should read at least 160°F (71°C), indicating they are fully cooked.
  • If needed, continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, checking the temperature again.

Serve:

  • Once the meatballs are cooked through and have a lovely golden brown exterior, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Serve the air fryer meatballs as desired, whether as a topping for spaghetti, in a sandwich, or on their own as an appetizer.
