Can you guys believe it? Memorial Day is just around the corner and the All Things Creative Team has rounded up their best summer BBQ and picnic recipes. Not only will you find some awesome recipes, but we’ve included drink recipes along with some table setting ideas and festive decor. Below you’ll find everything to get your grillin’ and chillin’ on for not only Memorial Day but all summer long!
Before we get started, I’d like to welcome a new member to our team. Melissa from The Happier Homemaker had to drop out because her family is moving this summer and she’s super busy packing and getting ready for their upcoming new adventure. Joining us this month is the super talented Jocie from One Project Closer.
All Things Creative Team members are, from left to right:Ann from On Sutton Place, Julie from Redhead Can Decorate, Debbie from Debbiedoo’s, Jacque from The DIY Village, Dawn from Creative Cain Cabin, Maryann from Domestically Speaking, Kim from The Kim Six Fix, Jocie from One Project Closer, me, and Vanessa from Tried & True.
When I think about summer, I think about all those great foods that can be grilled, including veggies. Way back in 2011, I posted a recipe for grilled asparagus wrapped with proscuitto, and it’s still one of our favorite ways to eat asparagus.
If you’re looking for a beverage that you can put together to serve a crowd this summer, here is a sparkling cherry wine that I made a few years ago.
And speaking of guests helping themselves, this patriotic dessert in a jar is one that you can make ahead and pass around.
Can’t get much easier than that, can it? I’m always looking for new summer BBQ and picnic recipes so I can’t wait to visit the links below. And if you are short on time, just remember to pin the graphic above so that you can come back when you’re looking for ideas to celebrate summer.
